What's going on little dap.It's jared montz former pro and founder of onlinesocceracademy.Today we are doing a 30 minute soccer training session! equipment needed a ball and 7 cones.Soccer coaching 05 minutes first 5 minutes is your warm up.Jog and stretch.A normal warm up.Music music music music music music music 510 minutes minute 5, to minute 10.Ball work.Soccer training drills.Do any foot exercise you want but change the exercise every 30 seconds.Go for 5 minutes.Music music music 1015 minutes minute 10, to minute 15.Soccer drills.Ball work with cones.Set up.
Two cones 3 feet apart from each other.At start cone, do laces touches, then roll the ball across to the other cone.Stop the ball and repeat the process.Go for 1 minute.Rest 30 seconds.Soccer drill.Then repeat 3 times.1520 minutes minute 15, to minute 20.Ball work with sprints.Soccer skill.Set up 7 cones.Music music dribble in and out of 6 cones, then sprint to top cone.Very light jog back.Repeat for 5 minutes.For the dribbling do all right foot, all left foot, both feet, roll overs,.
Etc.You be creative.Make sure to have a light, light jog on the way back.Music music music music music music music music music 2025 minutes minute 20, to minute 25.Inside to outside touches.Soccer skills.Switching back and fourth between both feet.You can do advanced or basic.Music music music every 30 seconds switch feet.You will tire out so take a short break if needed.But try to go 5 minutes straight.This is good for ball work, your mental training and strengthening your legs.

It will force you to focus on your touch and it will work on your cardio.As you get tired your body starts to react slower so in this exercise really focus mentally on having a good touch.Equipment needed you will need a ball and 510 cones.To set up the exercise place out your cones in a line with space in between them so you can dribble through them.I like to place my foot in front of the cone and add a bit more space in front of my foot before i place the second cone down.
Once you have a cone line of 59 cones set up an end cone about 10 yards away.You be the judge of how many cones you want to dribble through.First part of this exercise do inside to outside touches for 30 seconds on each foot 1 minute total.Try not to move forward or backward, stay on the same imaginary line.For more tips on how to do that watch our old school , 2011 what, what osa tutorial about inside and outside touches.Second part after one minute of inside to outside touches go straight into your cone.
Dribbling.Do two reps all right footed dribbling, two reps all left foot dribbling.Take your time and get through the cones right.As you feel more conformable increase your speed going through the cones.Make sure when you get out, you take a bigger touch, explode to the end cone and get your eyes up to see the field.It's a hard acceleration to the top cone and then a light, light jog back.This is your recovery run.That's one set.Immediately get into a 2nd set.Do 3 sets total and then rest.
